Bio

Mr. Peebles lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan with his wife and children. He went to Kendall College of Art and Design and majored in five areas of art:  Painting, Drawing, Print Making, Water Color and Sculpture.  Over the years, Mr. Peebles has been given many opportunities to showcase his talent in various festivals, and regional competitions where he has won numerous awards. In the past, his work reflected his preference for a more abstract style of art.  His most recent work, however, is more contemporary and portrays his passion for landscapes.  Painted from memory, Mr. Peebles describes his art as a reflection of the place inside each of us where we connect to nature.  Every stroke he paints is an inward expression of his emotions.  He views his work as a lifelong process that leads him to new concepts and ideas best expressed on his canvas.  The solitude of painting inspires him to new levels of art.
